Saudi Aramco's biggest national refinery targeted once more by a drone.

An unidentified projectile targeted Saudi Arabia's key oil export terminal at Ras Tanura once again. Operated by Saudi Aramco, the facility is one of the world's largest oil export terminals, playing a crucial role in global energy supplies. This recent incident marks the second attack in just days. According to the Saudi Defense Ministry, initial indications point to a drone being responsible for the attack, with no reported damage.

Amidst Iran's continued strikes on Gulf countries in response to Israeli and US actions, Qatar has halted its liquefied natural gas production. This move has led to precautionary shutdowns of oil and gas infrastructure across the Middle East. Qatar's LNG production constitutes approximately 20% of the global supply, serving a significant role in meeting fuel demand in Asian and European markets.

After the United States and Israel carried out a large-scale strike on Iran, resulting in the death of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and other high-ranking officials, regional tensions have heightened. Tehran has retaliated with drone and missile strikes against Israel and Gulf countries hosting US assets.
