Your skin reflects your health. Today we will learn few poses which will give instant glow on your face.


The first pose is balloon pose. Take a deep breath and fill your mouth with air, cover your mouth with two fingers, pull the posture and exhale gently. Puff your cheeks. Inhale, stretch your breath from one cheek to another.


Repeat this for 10 calms and then exhale gently. Fish pose. Suck in the inside of your cheeks almost like making a fish face. Kiss and smile. Extend your lip as far as possible and then grin broadly.

Repeat this pose for 15 repetitions daily.

Last posture is tapping. Gently tap through your fingertips all over your face, neck and then again to your face. It increases the dirt circulation all over your face. Thank you. Namaste.
