One of the reasons for this is the deficiency of vitamin D and calcium in the body. For this, you can add dairy products like milk, curd and paneer in your diet. Vitamin D is a must because it helps in the absorption of calcium in the body. For this, you can take mushrooms in the vegetable. Sunlight is very important.

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise daily because it strengthens our muscles. Because after the age of 40, our body slowly becomes muscular.
